SSUFC fields both men and women's teams in the Lakeshore Soccer League, in competitive house league. Game Days are Sundays, playing regional teams such as Kincardine, Walkerton, MT. Forest etc.  

This division is ACTIVE4LIFE aspects continually playing the beautiful game and staying active.
