Our Mission

To provide for our members of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to play soccer for their enjoyment, for their improvement and for the improvement of the game. SSUFC is committed to developing the whole player and not just their soccer skills.

Our Club is dependent upon the commitment and the dedication of our many volunteers. We strive to deal with each other with courtesy and mutual respect.

It is our hope that everything we do with the program is for the betterment of all our participants. We accomplish our mission by continually striving to become better coaches, parents, fans and most importantly players.

The Saugeen Shores Football Club (formerly known as Port Elgin Minor Soccer Association and Southampton Minor Soccer) was formed in the 1980's and serves the Saugeen Shores area in Ontario, Canada. In 2010 we had over 500 members from the age of 5 to adult.

We play competitive soccer in the South West Region Soccer League and are part of the Lakeshore League for U12 and up for recreational soccer.

We are also members of the South West Region Soccer Association as well as Elgin Middlesex Soccer Association.
