Odd Years Board of Director positions up for election (two year term)VP, Registrar, General Secretary, and (one year term) Director at Large. This will be for the 2021 season. 

Criteria for Nomination 1. A person over the age of eighteen (18) who wishes to serve The Club as a Member of the Board of Directors must be nominated by a Member of The Club at the AGM.

Meetings of the General Membership 

1. Each voting Member shall be entitled to one (1) vote at any Meeting of the General Membership. A Member must be present to vote. Proxy votes are not permitted.

Article 8: Amendments to the Constitution

1. All proposed amendments to the Constitution must be submitted to The Club no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Annual General Meeting or a Special General Meeting of the Membership called for that purpose. 2. Amendments to the Constitution require a 2/3 majority vote of those present at a Meeting of the Membership called for that purpose. 3. Copies of the proposed amendments to the Constitution must be posted on The Club’s website no less than seven (7) days prior to the General Meeting of the Membership at which they will be considered.
